  1. Non receipt of issues must be intimated within 15 days, in writing at our Delhi Office of the release of the issues to enable us to send free replacements. Thereafter issues will be supplied on payment of Rs. 50/ - per issue subject to availability. We shall not be responsible for cash/cheque payments made to representatives of Judgements Today or the book sellers in their name. CASH PAYMENTS NOT ACCEPTED.
  2. Any dispute with regard to supply, sale, non-receipt, short supply, additional supply of any part or volume (bound or loose) receipt of non-receipt of subscription in full or in part shall be referred and adjudicated upon by Arbitrator to be appointed by consent of parties or per Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, but in no case a person shall be appointed from outside Delhi.
  3. Subject to jurisdiction of Delhi Courts alone.
